I am generating and supporting ideas for realizing them in a sustainable way. I like motiviating people and sharing my enthusiasm - learning together while following and coaching them. Currently I am working at Hewlett-Packard in Austria/Vienna in the Worldwide Office of Digital Strategy, where I am defining and executing Digital Strategy and Generating Dialogs for Social Media and Digital Marketing. I am driving the "Digital Mindshift", managing innovations, virtual and real multi-national teams, generating effective projects as well as motivating and engaging colleagues and business-partners.

I like to work with organisations, management, groups, multinational-virtual-teams and individuals for generating motivation, ideas, opportunities, lust for life, innovation, respect and successful outcomes. I am focusing on coaching with a sustainable systemic approach.

One big focus is my Digital Mindshift, where I am holding workshops, seminars and individual session. I am supporting and coaching organisations to transform and align their culture, structures and processes to a collaborative and open digital approach.

I am learning and finding motivation, inspiration and new opportunities by different cultures and countries. I love to travel and this is one of my greatest activities beyond sports, theatre, culture and education. I love to explore and opening my mind.

Within the last years I visited Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Nepal, Marocco and many other countries.
